One Million square foot conversion of the Historical J.P. Morgan Chase headquarters into a mixed use project including 382 luxury residential apartments and 250,000 square feet of commercial space. The building’s amenities include roof garden, resident lounge, lap pool, bowling alley, gym, basketball and squash courts, yoga studio, business center, childrens playroom. LCI’s involvement was in the concept phase including defining the scope of work, advising on overall project program and bidding and awarding the project’s initial phase.
