New buildings comprised of three new out of the ground 4 story buildings containing 12 condominiums. Structure is plank and block with brick facade and punched windows. The building achieved LEED© for Gold Certification, which means “green” and “sustainable” design. Interior work included a central boiler plant, floating wood floors, fire alarm system and security system with remote access for all occupants. Project also included underpinning of adjacent property, new sewer and water services, new sprinklers, new sidewalks and common area back yard.
Highlights:
- Saved owner $80,000 in sheathing and shoring by alternate construction means and methods.
